I started training with Paul at a time when I was struggling with my cardio to the point of fainting during a class (such as body pump). Within 6 weeks following Pauls structured group classes once a week I felt great, and was able to complete a 10k assault course (wolf run) in under an hour. Paul is a knowledgeable pleasant trainer and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
