Before challenging you to change. Firstly I had to challenge myself to change!

What you can see in the photo is how I look now but what you cannot see is the history and misery of being 20kg overweight with a high cholesterol level of 8 and high blood pressure. I was also a smoker who enjoyed a drink and all this was coupled with an unhealthy diet and no exercise!

However, I did change things around by deciding to positively change my mind set and I used pure self motivation to get myself feeling better, fitter and making sure I could enjoy life to the full. I did this all on my own but you don’t have to. So this is where I start to ‘Challenge YOU to change YOU’!

Using all my previous experience (been there, done that got the XL t-shirt) I will advise, monitor and motivate you to achieve the goals we set by creating bespoke training sessions that include nutritional information as well as physical fitness and some fun.
